clean, well equipped, good layout, appreciate the A.C. and the free, filtered drinking water. David, the owner/mgr, is adorable and hopelessly straight, Alas. but friendly and open hearted.
Visiting PV still need to workout
Checked out this GYM and enjoyed working out there. Has the exercise equipments i needed to workout. They have a nice sauna and very friendly staff.
Great ambiance and friendly staff
I went to PV and I was looking for doing some excersise when I found this place right in the corner of Fca Rodrigues st It was pretty nice to me cuz it was close to my place. The machines are enough to get a good work out. I definitely recomend it!

The trainers and the rest of the staff of this place are amazing....the place is one of the most confortable and pristine clean gym that I visited ever...Congrats

Poorly maintained. Ok for weightlifting.
If you plan on doing any cardio, skip this gym. Only one of the bicycles had working resistance and only one of the treadmills was working. The rest of the gym however was pretty good. They had a lot of weight lifting equipment and machines. The gym itself is nice. The unisex steam room is big and nice and the change rooms/showers are nice. The crowd was hot. All ages and friendly.
