Throw in food and booze and you're looking at about $1,400 per person (excluding any events or restaurants). If you're in, I will need a $300 down payment from each of you. Once I have 5 rooms worth of people paid, I'll book the house. The house has up to 12 bedrooms and they are first come (pay me) first served (we will choose rooms in order of who paid). There are enough rooms for everyone invited so no fear of losing a spot in the house, unless we do not book in time and lose it altogether... Original Post: After basically a unanimous vote in Costa Rica, we're headed to Puerto Vallarta this summer. I'm planning on sticking to tradition and looking for a big house to rent. The house I'm currently targeting (https://www.vrbo.com/3985) can flex between 5 and 12 total rooms which is awesome, so if I get 5 "definites", I'll probably book it. It's a 15 minute walk down to the beach and there are apparently cabs everywhere. There's also a gay resort on the beach that's an option, but 1) the reviews of are mixed, 2) it would likely be more expensive (especially drinks), and 3) we can purchase access to their super gay party pool if anyone's interested. So either way, options are good.
Not sure if we'll travel there on Wednesday or Thursday yet, but we'll stay until Sunday. Any thoughts? There's a gay catamaran excursion option (Diana's Tours) but it only occurs on Thursday's, if that sway's anyone's decision.
