Pleasantly Surprised
I had never even heard of this place before setting foot in it one night. The decorations are modern and trendy and most of the bartenders are very attractive. The prices are a bit steep but then again it's a martini bar. This is the place to go for some pre-drinks and conversation before heading to Manana a few blocks away.
nice remodel
the new la noche bar is the best lounge bar in puerto vallarta. 2 story bar with a nice ambiance and good service. the drink prices are also reasonable for an up scale bar.the local crowd is young and the american and canadian tourists are mostly middle age 35-65 tends to be a bit clikish but over all a very nice bar.
Great bar before heading out
I've been here a few days now and this place has been busy earlier in the evening up to 1130/midnight then people head to Pacos. Amazing effort on the renos. Great to have a separate smoking area, my clothes still end up smokey wherever I go here. Friendly service, and reasonable prices.
Great Place!!!
With the added space and very nice up scale remodel makes this a great bar for drinks before going out danceing. The even added doing show in yh upstairs "loft" area. Good short show about midnight.
Nice, clean fun
Recently remodeled, they added a second level for smoking. The servers are friendly and the crazy martinis are plentiful, if not a little sweet for my taste. Drinks are all around 100 pesos (10 bucks.). Bathrooms are clean and private. My biggest complaint, outside of a slightly snobby crowd, is that the place is hotter than hell! They have candles everywhere and keep turning off the air! I was in there for 10 minutes and couldn't take it anymore. Sweat was pouring off me. It was warm the first night, but Friday was intolerable.
