I have been to PV many times but always in Oct/Nov. I am thinking of going down this year at the end of July for my bday. I will probably go alone. Is there much going on? Is the beach / blue chairs open? The clubs happening? Or is this just a really bad time to go? Its the only time I have vacation.... Any help would be great!!

    It is rainy season now and through September. I go every year at thanksgiving too. I but I know some locals and they are getting lots of rain.
